BIO

If you're anything like me, you listened to a lot of classic rock when you were younger. My mom and dad were constantly playing rock bands like Rush, Van Halen, and Queen. My mom would also play soundtracks from movies we watched, especially Pirates of the Caribbean. In fact, my brother and I knew it so well that we would sing along to the melodies like we would any other song.

I began studying guitar when I turned 9 years old. I took lessons with Christopher Storey for the next 8 years, and he taught me a plethora of knowledge that I will use for the rest of my life. One of my other mentors was my high school band director, Jason Stahl. He showed me how to lead and be a professional, and helped me realize that music is what I want to pursue for the rest of my life.

In the Fall of 2016, I arrived at the Berklee College of Music. I began to explore my style, and I ended up playing with my friends in the pop/funk group Soul Candy. We wrote a few songs and played shows around Boston and New York for a year. Some of our notable performances were at The Middle East Upstairs in Cambridge, a live performance on the Berklee Internet Radio Network (BIRN), and the Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett.

After Soul Candy ended, I started playing for Rachel DeeLynn, a singer-songwriter from South Dakota. While playing for her, we have played at the Hard Rock Boston, Porch Fest, and many other venues. We have recently begun production on an original EP, which should be available for streaming and download sometime in the near future

In the fall of 2019, I joined the band of Peri El, playing live shows and recording for her debut EP "Shades of Blue", which released on April 3rd, 2020. I also recorded guitar for a set of singles created by my friends Cooper Hyde and Sara Nagy, Including "Falling Backwards", "The Way", and "Is That Alright?"
